      Since its opening in February 2006, the locally owned and operated Mediterranean Restaurant has become a Bakersfield popular institution. Whether for lunch or dinner, the centrally located “Flame and Skewers” is the perfect gathering spot. Kabob Plates
Cubes of leg of Lamb, Top Sirloin, Chicken breast and Seasoned Ground beef marinated in special seasonings. Kabob Plates include 2 skewers, rice, salad, hommus, grilled vegtables and pitta bread.

Sandwiches
Topped with romain lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, hommus and tajini sauce. Sandiwches are wrapped in a pita bread. Kobob sandwiches are topped with lettuce, grilled onion, grilled tomatoes and dressing.

Shawerma
Shawerma, also known as Gyro, is marinated and spiced slices of Tri-Tip Beef or Chicken stacked on a vertical skewer and grilled against an open fire. Shawerma Plates include rice, hommus, dressing and pita bread.

Salads
Beef or Chicken, romain lettuce, tomatoes, raddish, cucumbers, and onions in lemon and olive oil dressing.
